Shandi Shiver is the female vocalist for The Target Band. She has been singing in local bands throughout the Mobile and the Eastern Shore area for nearly 12 years. In college she was the lead vocalist for the well known University of Southern Mississippi jazz band. She has won many distinguished vocal awards including Most Outstanding Vocal Soloist at the 2004 University of North Texas Music Festival in Dallas. Shandi is a very versitile powerhouse vocalist with an energetic & eclectic stage presence that sets the tone for every performance.
Tom Ehman plays keyboards/sings harmony & lead. He is one of the founding members of The Target Band & has been playing in bands, including Target, for 25 plus years. He layers every song with electrifying keyboard parts including horns & strings. Tom is the glue that has held Target together for many years. Tom is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to music and was the owner of the music store All Pro Music for over 5 years.
Greg Crabtree plays bass/sings harmony. Greg has been playing in bands for 20 plus years and a part of Target for a good part of that. Greg is an incomparrable bassist. Greg has a personality that keeps the show entertaining & you wont want to miss his bass solo's on some of the songs Target performs!
Tom Shepherd plays guitar/sings harmony. Tom has been in Target for over 10 years & has been playing guitar over 20 years! Tom's guitar playing is uncomparable & when you hear one of his solo's you will know exactly what that means. Tom has an entertaining stage presence & always has a way of getting the crowd involved with every song! Target wouldn't be Target without him!
Paul Tidwell plays drums/sings harmony & lead. Paul is also one of the founding members of Target & has been playing for over 20 years. He is one of the few drummers in this area that still plays with a full set. Among his many talents Paul is a fantastic singer! I can guarantee you will never hear another drummer like Paul! He is the heartbeat of Target & when you see him play you will certainly see why!
