Shandi Shiver
Shandi Shiver is a professional vocalist from Daphne, AL and has been singing in bands for nearly 10 years. Aside from singing in bands and before she ever sang in bands at all Shandi sang at wedding ceremonies and even funerals. Shandi has sang at over 50 wedding ceremonies and nearly 30 funerals throughout her singing career. Shandi can sing either acapella (without musical accompaniment), or with piano or guitar accompaniment or if you so choose with a musical backing track.
WEDDINGS: Shandi has an abundance of experience in helping brides to chose the right song for their wedding ceremony. Usually (in a traditional wedding) the song is sang during the lighting of the unity candle. However the song can be done at any point during the ceremony. Additionally the song is usually a short song or a song that has been shortened for the occasion. Again this can also be changed however the bride and groom prefer. The bride just loved how the beginning of the song had the words "I heard church bells ring" but what she didn't realize was that the song was about a woman attending the wedding of her former boyfriend and his...uhh hmm....mistress. So again be careful in chosing a song but by all means chose somethign that is special to you both.
